IINDIASIA help, based in Basel City, is recognized as a charitable organization in Switzerland.
Up to 20% of taxable income can be deducted from taxes as donations in accordance with cantonal regulations. 

The tax exemption applies to the whole of Switzerland based on the StHG (Tax Harmonization Act).
